This game has a clever variation of the popular Toon Blast 'collapse blocks' gameplay. Except in Pets Rush you can collapse 3+ blocks of the same color, not 2+ like in Toon Blast. Of course, they need not be aligned as straight lines. The gaming field constantly moves upwards, when some blocks reach the top of the field, you have several seconds to crush them down before it's game over. To win the level you must collapse 3+ pets together. Pets appear late in the level so it takes time.
